Sneak preview! Can you guess what my next review is going to be?

Your favourite post- This months most read was my Shopping the sales haul - you little shopaholics! I picked up some wonderful bargains so I'm glad you like them :)

My favourite post- I really like my `White teeth teens are up for it` post (cheeky bit of Lorde there for you) I had a really lovely time in London with my family, and I'm pretty sure it is the first time I have worn a hat in years!

My Favourite blog- I have absolutely loved reading Caitlin gorgeous blog Fox Tales this month, all of her posts are so wonderfully written and I always look forward to seeing her pretty photos - go and check her out!

I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow, only a trim- but I mean a trim so if they take of too much I might be a little upset (talk about first world problems eh!)

What was your favorite post of mine this month? What was your favorite blog?

Blogging: helpful sites.

Hello everyone, having a fun Friday?
I have wanted to do this post for the longest time, but I've only recently worked out how to save screenshots in order to get them onto blogger (thank you paint!) so with that conquered, I got straight to it.

I use all of these sights on a regular basis in order to help run my blog, they are all gorgeously laid out, easy to use, and most of all- inspiring!

Ah, the site that dreams are made of! I use Pinterest for everything and anything; if I need a pretty picture for a post (try saying that six times), some inspiration on a dreary day, or even for school work - I must say it has been invaluable for textiles! I have nineteen boards on the go and I love them all. I'll warn you  now - it's dangerously addictive if you are a fashion photography lover like me...

I use Bloglovin to follow all the blogs I read, frequently using the like button (something that isn't available on GFC) to support my favourite blogs. I check it regularly throughout the day and genuinely look forward to reading new posts. It is also not just for bloggers, I wish I had known about it before I started mine because it would have made things a lot easier. If you don't use Bloglovin' then I assure you - you should!

This is the site I use to edit all of my pictures (even this one- ohh Inception!), and even created my banner on it so I love it to bits. It has countless filters, overlays, fonts and collage options; I would honestly now struggle without it.  It is so easy to use, and they always update it and add fancy new effects. It is free, but you can get all the shiny buttons and whistles on the `Royale` version which costs a few pounds a month - however it you can currently get a weeks worth for free!

People are so creative on Polyvore, creating gorgeous sets of interiors or drool worthy outfits. I personally like to use it to create my wishlists and trend posts. It took a little bit of getting used to for me (I found things were not in the most obvious places) but now I think I have mastered it. It is fab for us bloggers because it has the ability to automatically post to blogger- perfect!

Feel free to follow me on these platforms buy clicking the links above the images. I hope you found this post helpful or interesting- I love discovering new sites so let me know your favorites!

You pause forever and a day.

OOTD #36

Hello my loves,
This is what I wore on Saturday for a spot of shopping with my sister, damage was done I must say, but I am in love with what I bought- lots of reviews coming soon!

Earrings- Primark
Leather jacket- ASOS
T-shirt- New Look
Watch- Olivia Burton
Trousers- Next
Socks- Topshop
Boots- New Look

The eager eyed amongst you might remember these trousers from my last haul, I bloomin' love them! They are a different cut and style than what I'm used to to (I usually favor something skinny and highwaisted) however its nice to change things up every-now and then. The combination of crimson and plum and tartan is autumn/winter perfection in my book, so i'm am so glad I snapped these up in the sale.

My trust Olivia Burton was perfect for this outfit- side not I managed to get into the shower wearing this on Sunday night (well done Alice) so after the heart pounding realization that it I hadn't damaged it, I have kept it close at hand!

I paired the trousers with my favourite boots, these go with everything- New Look really bring it when it comes to shoes.

I deiced on my stud earrings which I haven't worn in a little while, these were a bargain form good ol' Primark.

I'm wearing one of my favourite nail polishes of the moment here- Topshop `Bad orchid` from the matte collection, It's defo not matte though!

What do you think of this outfit?

Top five: Real Techniques brushes.

Hello everyone,
I have loved Real Techniques brushes for quite a while now and have collected a fair few. If you were new to the makeup world, I thought it might be useful to share a guide for my top five favourites. All of these brushes are wonderful multitaskers that I use daily; they wash perfectly and are top notch value for money. I'm sure most of you are aware that these are the work of the Gorgeous Sam Chapman of YouTube fame- excitingly they have recently announced that Nic will be joining the team - I do love those sisters!

-Real Techniques Base shadow brush-

First up is my all time favourite brush for eyeshadow, this does it all; it is perfect for an all over wash of colour, working into the crease, whether you are creating something subtle or really smokey, it does it all! I also find it works equally well with both powder and cream products which is a big bonus is you love the 24 hour colour tattoos like me! The shape is very similar to the famous MAC 224 brush which I haven't tried, but I would love to know just how they compare.

-Real Techniques Stippling brush-

This is summer brush really, I like to use it with cream blusher and a low coverage foundation to create something lovely and light. My perfect foundation to pair with this is my Rimmel match perfection, like in this FOTD. Although this might look a little scratchy, it couldn't be softer as with all of these brushes. I adore the pink and black handle as well.

-Real Techniques Buffing brush-

This is the best multitasker; I use it for foundation, powder, bronzer, blush and highlighter! This has a lot of love in the blogosphere and for good reason, I have had this for over a year I think, and despite a fair few washes, it has not shed once or lost its shape which i think is fantastic. I bought this as part of the Core collection which cost a little over £20, so you basically pay five pounds per brush which is amazing given the quality!

-Real Techniques Blush brush-

This has to be the softest brush of the bunch, it is ridiculous! I find it id the perfect shape for apply blusher to the apples of the checks as well as higher up over the cheekbone. As it has a tapered shape, it is also great for contouring with.

-Real Techniques Contour brush-

Last but by no means least is the contour brush. My main use for this is to blend in concealer both under my eyes and on blemishes, which I must say is a breeze , far better than using my fingertips. Of course it is also fab for contouring, and recently I have taken to applying highlighter with it; the possibilities are seemingly endless!

So these are my top five - Are any of these your favourites? Are you a Real Techniques fan?

Review: Rimmel moisture renew lipstick `dark night water-oops!`

Hiya everyone,
I hope you're having a great Saturday! I certainly am; I went shopping with Pip earlier, and although my purse is now considerably lighter, I am in love with everything I bought (let me know if you would like to see a haul)  plus I'm making dinner for my family tonight :)

My sister bought me this lipstick for Christmas after I dropped a hint that I would love to try something from the newly formulated Rimmel moisture renew range, and I that I fancied something purple. Didn't she do well!

This can be used to create a really striking (pretty Gothic) look, or something far more plum like, which I went for above. This really does live up to its `moisture`  name, it keeps the lips perfectly hydrated, although it isn't very balm like, almost more like a rich lip-stain if that makes sense. One thing I'm not so keen on is the taste, it's a bit to perfumey for me, but nothing that would stop be wearing it. The wear time of this isn't the best, I find I always have to re-apply after eating, otherwise I'm left with the dreaded lip-liner lips. On the other-hand adore the packaging; I think the silver and purple combo works really well- also, how adorable is the name! I would definitely purchase another one of these, there are some gorgeous shades and I love the texture. I have a FOTD coming up this week featuring this, so look out for that!

What do you think of this lipstick? Have you tried these?

Review: Lush Space Girl bath bomb.

Hello everyone,
I hope your having a good week, I know I'm so glad that Friday is on the horizon!

I received my Mock exam grades on Wednesday- I did far, far better than I thought I had. I was so  relieved when I realized I passed (and passed well) most things apart from History - however I'm determined to work on that!
In order to chill myself out after a rather stressful day, I broke out a Lush bath bomb, in the form of one of my favorites; Space Girl.

First off, I'm sure this is a) more sparkly, and b) more red than it used to be, but they're both pluses! I love the Parma Violet scent and the pretty lilac the bathwater turns - perfect for a detox.  Lush claims it has popping candy in it, however I'm not sure how much it adds to the overall experience, if anything at all. Unlike some other bath bombs I've tried, it doesn't leave such an oily/moisturizing feel on the skin once you're out of the tub (which for the record I quite like) so if you are not so keen on that, then this would be a winner for you. Over all, I will defiantly be purchasing this again and it certainly helped send me off to sleep after a long day!

Have you tried Space Girl? What have you been up to at school lately?

White teeth teens are up for it.

OOTD #35

Hello my loves, this is what I wore to London last weekend, I was a little cold but the sun was shinning so I was pretty happy!

Hat- H&M
Leather Jacket- ASOS
Shirt- Miss Selfridge
Watch- Urban Outfitters
Ring- Primark
Necklace- Charity shop
Jeans- Primark
Socks- Topshop
Boots- New Look

I'm a little bit obsessed with this shirt - it's really comfortable because even though it's a size six it's quite over-sized, so I didn't feel at all constrained like I do with some shirt. Also- how adorable is the print?! As I was wearing red lippie, I though it was the perfect opportunity to match it with this gorgeous necklace I thrifted. (post here)

I wore one of my all time favourite nail polishes- `Essie Bikini so teeny` which actually ended up matching my frilly socks, I do love a happy coincidence!

It was also a debut for my new watch- I adore it! the mix of gold and silver means it goes with anything so I'm sure you'll be seeing a lot more of it.

What do you think of my outfit?
