Hello everyone, it's update time.

Like many of you, I am about to be plunged into my GCSEs. These are the biggest set of assessments I have ever done, which obviously makes them really important and I am determined to do as well as I possibly can.  This sadly means that blogging has to take a back seat (boo), but come my twelve week holiday (score) I will be back with full force!

So it looks like recently I have been eating lots of food, day tripping and obsessing over more clothes; not much change here then really! I can't say exams fill me with any joy at all, but I did feel like my French one on Monday went ok. I have History this Friday, all my Lit ones next week and then my second History one - the joys eh! I am however, seriously look forward to prom! I've got my dress and shoes, booked my hair, transport is sorted, so now I need to decide where to get my makeup done, let me now if you have any counter recommendations! 

I am going to try to continue blogging as often as I can, but I don't want it to become labored or a chore because that will just take all the fun out of it. Anyway, this has turned into a bit of a rambley one! Good luck if you are doing your exams; I'll see you on the other side.

Lifestyle: Good Friday in Oxford.

Hello everyone, 

If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, then you might know that on Friday I took a little trip to Oxford. We met up with some family friends and just had a generally lovely day. Oxford is one of my favorite places; the atmosphere always seems really laid back with everyone just pottering about or whizzing past on bikes. I'm always in awe of the architecture and heritage of the place too, lots of very clever, very academic people have waltzed through these streets don't you know! (warning, this is quite a picture heavy one!)

We started off the day with a few hours in the Ashmolean museum. We had lunch in the cafe which was just lovely, I went for the pasta of the day (totally recommend) and a can of my favorite San Pellegrino. After that we went into the Cezanne exhibition which was wonderful, I'm not usually a huge fan of impressionist art, but I loved his work. All the colours where just so delicate and I found I got a real sense of him as the artist by the end. 

After that, it was time to make the most of the sunshine, so we went for a little walk though Oxford's streets, peaking in all he quaint shop windows and marveling at the amazing buildings everywhere. We deiced  to visit the botanical gardens which were just lovely, there was so much colour! Tulips seemed to be really popular everywhere as well. We then took a walk around the river watching the little punts go up and down and dieing over the adorable ducklings (well maybe that was just me.) Some people were steering themselves with more success than others which I have to say was quite entertaining!

Oxford university is made up of a number of colleges, and it was interesting to see a few of them, all quite different, but all equally grand! With all our feet getting a bit achy and me and Pip feeling sleepy, it was definitely time for a cuppa. We went to the Rose Cafe on the high-street and tucked into afternoon tea; so good! By this time it was sadly time to hop back on the park and ride, parting is such was such sweet sorrow to quote Juliet, but we had such a lovely day! 

I'm now just trying to savor my last day before I'm back to school (boo) What have you been up to this Easter? Do you like Oxford?

My Easter.

Hi dolls!

I hope you've all had a lovely Easter and eaten a crazy amount of chocolate *reaches over to egg*
Sorry about my absence lately, but Ive been pretty busy!

As I have mentioned before, some of my family live in Wales, so this Easter we went to visit them :) Our cousins are a similar age to us, so we get on really well and its always nice to see them.

Travelling down ,I was really just dressed for comfort and warmth, but here's a cheeky car OOTD for you ;)

So we went down on good Friday, (obviously my school term finished on Thursday,) and stopped of at this really cute place called "Taurus crafts" which is all arty and has a really good cafe.

The cafe has this lovely conservatory area with vines wrapped around everywhere :)

They also had some really lovely paintings dotted around the place. 

It takes us about three or so hours to get to where our family live, so we just chilled when we arrived :)

On Saturday we went to a little place called St. Faggons, which is like a museum showing the way Welsh people used to live.

I just wore my beloved republic jeans and my eBay (Topshop) batman tee :)

At St. Faggons they had some really sweet farmyard animals; including some new born piglets!

Later on in the day we went too Cardiff! Ive never been to the capital before, but its a really lovely city. Of course we included some retail therapy in our trip, my Mum bought me some really lovely items from H&M for my birthday, which I will be blogging about later in the week :) On a side note, I am so impressed with H&M's summer range, everything is so nice! In the evening we at in prezzo's, which was seriously good :)

So on Sunday, we went down to a place called Lorenney quay for lunch in this gorgeous little cafe. I have to say it was cold, so we were all wrapped up!

Yesterday really was crazy. We had to get up early and have breakfast, not something I like doing in hotels, but we had to get home, as I was going to see One Direction in the o2! I went with my Lovely friend Lauren, a friend of hers from her swimming club, and her parents :) This was my first concert and I had been looking forward to it for ages. I know One Direction aren't to everyones musical taste, but their show was so good! We were literally sat two rows from the back, but the atmosphere was so amazing; lets just say I had no voice by the end and my ears were ringing!

My ticket, I thought I'd lost it at one point, you can imagine the panic!

We didn't get back until about half one this morning, so today I'm going to be eating more chocolate, painting my nails and catching up on TV :)
