All the ways I got to know, your pretty face and electric soul.

OOTD #30

Hi everyone, I hope you're well.
This is what I wore to a friends sixteenth birthday meal last saturday, I really wish the skirt was longer on this dress, it looked longer online, but I still like this outfit over all!

Earrings- Primark
Leather jacket- ASOS
Chain- Primark
Dress- Ark
Midi ring- River Island
Watch- Olivia Burton
Tights- Tesco
Boots- New Look

I love the 60's feel to this dress and thought it looked really nice with just a simple gold chain as well as my stud earrings, both from good old Primark!

keeping with the gold jewelry theme, I went for my favourite River Island midi ring. On my nails, I wore Barry M's `Red wine` such a classic shade and one of my all time favourites for autumn.

Now onto my favourite new addition to my wardrobe, my New Look boots. I adore the cut-out and buckle detail and the height is just perfect for me. They're pretty casual so I expect you'll be seeing a lot more of them!

I thought my watch was a fab extra for this outfit; I love the contrast between black and tan leather!

My makeup was pretty standard, mainly just my usual cateye liner paired with my new favourite lipstick Kate Moss for Rimmel `107`, a Blogger classic!

So far this half term I've just been pretty chilled, I went to London on Saturday and yesterday was just a lazy one, what half terms are made for if you ask me! I wasn't really affected by this storm the media has been going on about for days, I hope none of you have been either!

What do you think of this outfit? What have you been up to this half term?

Trend #1: Graphic.

Hello everyone :) I thought I would start a new feature here on the old blog, in the form of my favourite, current trends!

GRAPHIC

Topshop leopard dress / Topshop Andy Warhol crop, / miss rebel daisy jumper, / Topshop denim skirt / H&M kitty flats,  / Make me chic heart glasses

Now I love a good graphic print, (see herehere and here!) and it looks like the highstreet does too. The secret seems to be bold colour and eye catching prints. Topshop have this down to a T, but H&M have some fab offerings; would you look at those Charlotte olympia-esque flats! This is such a fun, youthful trend, I think we all need a piece in our wardrobes :)

What do you think of this trend? Are you a fan of any of these items?

And we danced all night to the best song ever.

OOTD #22

Hello everyone :) As the beautiful weather in the UK continues, I have subsequently carried on whipping long neglected summer dresses out of my wardrobe!

Sunglasses- Gift (Lipsy)
Earrings- Miss Selfridge
Dress- Republic
Sandals- Brantano

I bought this dress a few summers back, but to be honest, I've never really had the opportunity to wear it. I would wear it, go and sit in the garden and then ten minutes later have to come back in and change because I was freezing. Ahh the trials of living in England! Yesterday, was however, was perfect for this beaut.

I absolutely adore the print on this dress; polka dots and florals? hell yeah! You know I love my little details, and this dress is full of them; the ruched panel at the top as well as the buttons, combined with the crochet hem and the tiny metal disc with embossed bird. Lets just say I've died and gone to little details heaven :).

I'm wearing my favourite sandals and earrings again...

But, I'm not wearing my watch! I left it at my friends house, but fear not, it is not safely back on my wrist.

These sunnies were a gift for my fourteenth birthday. It wasn't really sunny enough to wear them, but I love having them perched on the top of my head :) I love the pink frames because of the little flower design on them.

My makeup is nothing too fancy, just a gold eye with winged liner and my faithful Mac lipstick in pink nouveau. I actually quite like it :)

I can't believe one week of the holidays is over already! I hope your all enjoying it :)

Don't forget to enter my giveaway!

What do you think of my outfit? Are you still loving this weather?

OOTD #21

Howdy everyone,
I hope you're all enjoying your summer holidays, and if you're not off, then you're enjoying your life generally! Sorry if this is a bit of a cop out of an OOTD, but I really wanted to share a picture of my wedding outfit with you :)

Fascinator- Accessorize
Earrings- River Island
Dress- Miss Selfridge
Bracelet- Gift (Miss selfridge)
Watch- Olivia Burton
Clutch- New Look
Shoes- Deichmann

It was such a beautiful wedding; the sun was shining but it wasn't to hot or muggy, the venue was incredible at it was so lovely to catch up with people we haven't seen for years.

Sorry this was such a short post, but I really wanted to share this with you guys! I wrote more in depth about a few bits and bobs to do with this outfit here so check that out as well!
Don't forget to enter my giveaway which closes pretty soon.

I want to cry, I want to learn to love.

OOTD #19

Howdy!
It's time for another outfit of the day, I'm almost at twenty which is pretty cool :)
Sunglasses- Primark
Dress- H&M
Watch- Olivia Burton
Bracelet- Topshop/DIY
Sandals- Brantano

I love this dress! I have worn it so much even though I've never shown it to you guys. It's perfect for hot weather and is just so pretty. Its mint, a skater style, has lace and a little sheer panel, so basically the best thing ever!

I painted my nails last night with my fave shade, Models own `Lemon meringue` :)

I'm wearing my favourite sandals again! These are so comfy but also look really nice, I don't think I'll be wearing anything else on my feet if the weather stays like this!

I think my watch does really nicely with said sandals, I just love tan leather!

I also popped my little charm bracelet on, I'm trying to wear this a lot more because I really like it :) I thought the pink thread would go nicely with the mint as well.

I'm wearing a new lipstick with this outfit because I'm becoming addicted  couldn't resist this Kate moss for Rimmel shade, well it was buy one get one half price ;)

I hope you're all having a fab day! Don't forget to enter my giveaway which is actually working now :)

Only know you love her when you let her go.

OOTD #15
Happy Fathers day everyone! I'm not actually going out anywhere today, but I still fancied wearing a pretty dress :)

Earrings- River island
Necklace- Accessorize
Dress- eBay (love label at Topshop)
Watch- Olivia Burton
Tights- Tesco
Converse- Office

I bought this dress quite a while ago now from eBay, but for some reason I never got round to wearing it, but this morning I just thought there was no time like the present! It's such a lovely deep plumb colour that I love for autumn/ winter, but seen as it's not exactly blazing sunshine outside right now *looks up to grey sky* I thought the colour would work :p

This is officially my favourite necklace :) It just goes with EVERYTHING!

I have been looking for one of these earrings out of the pair for yonks, and I found it in the bottom of my school bag, so I popped them in as quickly as possible! In other news, I also found my eyeliner, it was in my pencil case :p.

As soon as my Essie polishes came, I knew which one would grace my fingertips first, Action! I love this colour, i think it goes really nicely with the purple as well.

Of course I also added my watch.

Right, I'm off to bake a cake! Enjoy the rest of your sunday :)

What do you think of my outfit? What are you doing today?

Absent mindedly making me want you.

OOTD #14

Hi lovelies, I hope your all doing well :) This is what I wore to school on Monday, I have been wanting to take this dress for a spin for a while, and I thought this was the perfect opportunity!

Earrings- New look
Necklace- Mum's
Dress- Primark
Watch- Olivia Burton
Tights- Tesco
Socks- River Island
Puma suedes- Office

Ah, I love this dress! It's ridiculously comfy and nice and casual, and because it's grey, it's going to go with everything! I can see my self wearing this well into summer with a bright lip and statement necklace.

I thought because this dress has a raglan neckline, it would look really nice with this short chain.

I decied to wear these sweet little swallow earings instead of my triangles, just to mic things up a bit :)

I also had my watch on, I think it's quite funny that you guys will always be able to see what time I took these pictures!

I also had my current favourite nail polish on, Models own ` Lemon Mireage`

My sister let me borrow her new Puma Suedes as well! I think they go perfectly with my frilly blue socks :)

In other news, I have lost my fouvorute soap and glory felt liner! I connot tell you how much of a crisis this is for me :( I have now idea where it can have gone, but I'll kep you updated with this thrilling saga :p.

I also just want to appolisgise in advance for my posts become a bit less frequent for the next few weeks; I have my school show coming up, so rehurals are going crazy, a french writting assesment to learn, a trip to Wales to see my family and then work experince for two weeks after that, so I'm going to be pretty damn busy!

Anyway, what do you think of my outfit?

Half term haul.

Hi guys, I've got a little primark/ beauty haul for you today :)

I went to Primark quite recently, so I just picked up a few bits , but I really like what I did buy :)

The first thing I spotted was this beyond cute pinafore!

Denim pinafore- £12.00

I've been wanting to jump on the pinafore bandwagon for quite some time, so I was really pleased to find this gorgeous denim one for only £12! I literally can't wait to wear it, expect an OOTD soon :p I'm also loving everything denim at the moment; jeans, shorts, skirts, shirts...

Neon pink jumper- £10.00

I popped this beauty into my basket after being drawn by the colour from across the room! I'm not even a huge neon fan, but I just love this jumper. It feels like really good quality, and I just thought it would be the perfect spring knit, and looks very similar to one I saw recently in topshop for about 4x the price as well!

Raglan skater dress- £8.00

I love this dress! One of my favourite sporty styles is raglan/ baseball tops, so this was a winner from the start, add a skater skirt into the mix and I'm sold! I think this will look lovely with converse and pop of colour on the lips :)

I also bought some more hair-bands, I would love to know where all mine end up!

Laser cut slipper pumps- £8.00

I bought these little tan slipper-pumps because I've been looking for something like this for quite a while. I can imagine this will look lovely with a cream sleeveless shirt, blue jeans and a tan! I love the laser cut detail, as it just makes them a bit more interesting. Don't you think these look more Zara than Primark? I would have paid Zara prices as well!

If you read my post yesterday, you will know that I ended up buying a few beauty bits then, so here they are!

I've wanted this sleek blush in `pixie pink` for quite some time, and I've finally got my mitts on it :) To me its the perfect dolly pink colour, it looks a bit scary in the pan, but it applies like a dream and looks gorgeous on.

Sleek `Pixie pink` blush- £4.95

Yours truly wear `pixie pink` for just a subtle flush of colour.
I then headed over to the maybelline counter, trying to find a dupe for Essie's `Fiji`. I ended up buying `nebline` from the color show range, which I think is actually a little pinker than Fiji when on the actual nails , but it's a lovely shade nonetheless!
Maybelline color show nail polish in `Nebline`- £2.99

I also decided to purchase `mint for life`, which is now on my toes! Its a gorgeous creamy mint which looks so nice with a tan :)
Maybelline Super stay nail polish in `Mint for life` -£4.09

I've been really impressed by the quality of these polished and I'll definitely be buying more  in the future!

So thats what I've bought this half term! What have you been buying lately?
